The Fall Shooting Academy @ Hoop Zone starts in 11 days....

 "The Shooting Academy" is a shooting program designed to increase your shooting %, confidence, and technique.

Location: Hoop Zone

Days: Sundays (6-7:15pm) & Wednesdays (6-7:15pm).

Dates: October 3, 6, 10, 13, 17, 20

For: Boys & Girls in Grades 5-12th


Curriculum:

1:43-1:48 – Jordan 3pter shooting on way up.
2:40-2:50 – Jordan 3pter slow mo – shooting on way up.
3:55-4:10 – Jordan – "The Shot" – open stance with right shoulder in front of left. Notice how all the important parts of shot are lined up with the middle of the rim. No shoulder being squared up here.

Sports Plex

Spent some time this week at the Paducah Regional Sports Plex.  It is West Kentucky's Premiere Indoor Sports Facility that touts 80k sq ft with 3 basketball courts, an enclosed indoor soccer arena, baseball, softball, weight training, and more.  Definitely the place to go for indoor sports in West KY.

Racers

I was at Murray State University yesterday and got to watch some individual workouts.  After talking with the coaching staff and watching a few wkouts I think it could be another special season for the racers!
